More often our clients are looking for the open-plan living approach. By adding a side or rear extension and removing some internal walls we always manage to achieve this with our detailed design.
Architectural Drawings
Our architectural designers provide planning drawings and full Building Regulations approval for your proposed extension or loft conversion. With many years experience in constructing house extensions we know what works and what doesn't in terms of design and feasibility.
Visualisation
Our visualisations service is a great way of showing our clients how their proposed project will look when it is completed. Project Management
Should you want the security that your building project runs to plan and budget we offer a full Project Management service.
Put simply, the Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the success of a construction project. They oversee every aspect, including the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure. Project Managers ensure that timeframe, targets and budgets are met.
After months of planning I invited Frazer to quote for my project in Chiswell Green, Frazer promptly reviewed our design and with his eye for design, he remodelled our rear ground floor to appeal aesthetically from inside and out keeping within our budget. Following the COVID-19 lockdown, Frazer and the team commenced on the build in mid May, and completed all the work in around 10 weeks and 100% on budget.
